Creating a New Page

Generally, the way to create a new page is to

  1. Ordered List Itemgive an old page (like the table of contents) a link to the new page (and save that old page),
  2. click on the linkto the new page.
  3. it sort-of goes to the empty new page, but you must discover that the Edit page button has become a Create this page button and click on it.
