Here is an outline example. These outlines work nicely in that they expand and hide levels. I think the sense of having a hidden level could be emphasized, more, but it isn't. The hidden contents are previewed when you hover the mouse over the group name.

The fact that you can have topics that have subtopics and those that can't… Those items are really peers, but the bolding of the block makes it seem more important than the peer that don't have subitems.

The other peculiarity, is that the –> (start topic block) and ←- (end topic block) need a preceding blank line.
